What are the requirements of ISO 9001?
In order to meet the standards of ISO 9001 and obtain certification, organisations must submit the relevant documents and reports on its internal processes, standards and procedures.
These ‘requirements’ are split into 10 clauses of which there are mandatory and non-mandatory requirements:
